To Paris, With Love

Hi Friends!

Here's a little peak at the goodies I put together for Tess, my international swap partner.  After exchanging several lovely little e-mails with Tess (yay for Google translator!), I learned that she likes to sew and crochet and make jewelry.  Sounded like a good excuse to head over to Joanne Fabrics to me.

My little trip turned into quite an outing as I hemmed and hawed over color schemes and fabric patterns.  I discovered that it's kind of hard to pick out fabric for someone you don't know.  I wish I had asked her about favorite colors before I made my trip.  In the end, I decided to go holiday red and green.  I am keeping my fingers crossed that she will be making a few Christmas crafts in the next few months.
